These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Lior24 . By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Applicability
2.1 These conditions apply to every order, delivery and agreement between Lior24 and the customer.
2.2 Deviations are only valid if they are recorded in writing.
3. Products
3.1 Lior24 sells exclusive statues and decorative items.
3.2 We do our best to display products as clearly as possible with correct descriptions.
3.3 Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings; no rights can be derived from this.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Lior24 reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4.3 Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
5.2 An order will only be shipped once payment has been made in full.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Lior24 delivers worldwide with free shipping .
6.2 Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.
6.3 Delivery times:
– Netherlands: next working day
– Belgium: next working day
– Germany: 2–4 working days
– Europe: 1–5 business days
– Worldwide: 5–12 business days
6.4 Delays caused by carriers are beyond the responsibility of Lior24.
6.5 Customer is responsible for entering address details correctly.
7. Returns & right of withdrawal
7.1 The statutory reflection period is 14 days, unless it concerns products with an exception according to the law.
7.2 The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging.
7.3 The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7.4 You can request a return via info@Lior24.nl .
7.5 After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
8. Damaged or incomplete delivery
8.1 If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please report this within 48 hours .
8.2 Please send clear photos of:
– The product
– The packaging
– The shipping label
8.3 Lior24 will provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
9. Warranty
9.1 Lior24 guarantees that products meet expectations based on the description.
9.2 Damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
10. Liability
10.1 Lior24 is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
10.2 Lior24 is not liable for delays or errors by carriers.
10.3 Lior24 is not liable for indirect damages.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 In the event of force majeure (e.g. strikes, pandemics, delays by suppliers), Lior24 has the right to modify or cancel the agreement.
11.2 In case of cancellation, the customer can receive a refund of the purchase amount.
12. Complaints
12.1 You can send complaints to info@Lior24.nl .
12.2 We aim to respond within 48 hours.
12.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved, you can contact a dispute committee (if applicable).
13. Privacy
13.1 All personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
13.2 Data will never be sold to third parties.
14. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law .
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
